Our Soul to Soul Program is a foundational program based on holistic healing models for the enrichment and transformation of each MySoulAgenda participant.

DAILY MOVEMENT

Daily yoga classes, practical instructions on transformational techniques, guide meditations, nature movement, nature hikes and excursions.

Participate in holistic therapies that provide a reset and allows you to decompress and regain your center.

Experience woman's healing circles based on heart centered communication, non-judgement and empowerment.

 A TYPICAL DAY

7:30 - 8:00 am     Tea + Coffee, Journaling

8:00 - 9:15 am      Yoga + Meditation

 

9:15 - 10:15 am    Breakfast

​

10:30 - 12:30 pm   Sun Session: Nature Excursions, Women's Wellness, Art Therapy

​

12:30 - 3:30 pm     Lunch and Free time

​

3:30 - 5:30 pm       Moon Session: Self-Care Deep Dives, Massage, 1-1 sessions for self-reflection and empowerment, Restorative Yoga, Cacao, Elemental Exploration, Mature Feminine Embodiment Practices

5:30 - 7:00 pm       Custom-Curated Dinners by our on-site personal chef, Free-time

7:00 - 8:30 pm       Ceremonial Celebrations
