Lula Madrigal has studied Ayurveda, acupuncture and Chinese Herbs at the Maryland University of Integrative Health and currently practices at Awaken Collective Healing. She’s designed a program and leads women’s empowerment retreats for My Soul Agenda.

Her foundational program, Synergy, is based on holistic healing models geared for the enrichment and transformation of each participant's life. The aim is for participants to learn practical skills that can be incorporated into their daily lifestyle once they return home, and thus continue on their wellness path.
